A challenging and unique project, Casa Arrecosta was created from the conversion of an early 20th century agricultural warehouse into a two-family building with a swimming pool and shared garage.
The intervention respects the tradition and identity of the original building, preserving its materiality and rustic essence, while introducing a new architectural approach. The modernisation of one of the elevations creates a dialogue between memory and innovation, and demonstrates the balance between past and present.
